As a pioneer of regional entity we, the PABA, have adopted new regulations/policies such as;
  -enforcing eleven(11) Round and Half-point(0.5) Scoring systems for our championship match from 2008 to avoid Draw decision and wide range of scored-points as well,
-activating Interim championship match if a champion fails to comply with his obligation of minimum numbers of defense bout,
-expanding Junior championship title bout to give opportunity to 8-rounder boxers to fight under the PABA's banner.
Twelve years ago few member of world boxing community had paid their attention to the born of this Non-for-Profit regional sanctioning body PABA. Neither member predicted ever that the PABA could campaign such a great number of title matches in the short period in the hemisphere for development of our sports nor media foresaw the PABA could produce topnotch WBA world champions from the countries- Mongolia, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Russia throughout the past decade.
Achievement does not come through wishing for it. It comes from hard work and positive reformation rooted in traditional values and consensus.
