Each contest will be officiated on a fair and impartial basis regardless of location of the championship match or the race or nationality of the contestants. |

Ring officials appointed to referee and judge will remain completely neutral from the contestants, managers, trainers and promoters involved in the contest. |

No ring official will discuss with any person his opinion of the contest he will officiate or any opinion of the outcome of the contest except with the supervisor of the bout. |

|
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
PABA ring officials will maintain complete and total composure of his emotions at all times and act in a professional manner. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| 5. |
PABA ring officials will not publicly criticize the performance of any other ring officials. |

|
|
|
|
|
| 6. |
Ring officials will maintain complete concentration on the contest being conducted and will not alow the crowd or anything else to destroy or divert this complete and total concentration of the job he has been assigned to do. |

The performance of a ring official reflects not only on the PABA but boxing in general. Act like the best in your avocation and be proud of the sport of Boxing and contribution you are making to Boxing. |
