We would like to express our thanks to all those who participated, joined
and supported, directly or indirectly, to found of the Pan Asian Boxing Association,
PABA, during the organizing conference held on March 28-29, 1995 in the city of
Beijng, People's Republic of China.
The conference had duly adopted and approved our Constitution, By-Laws, the Championship
Rules & Regulations and Rules governing the title match by the delegates representing
eleven countries as the attached resolution herein.
From our bottom heart, once again, we do extend our deepest thank and appreciation
to all those who had unconditionally supported to this Association for the achievement
of our common goals - unity, friendship, reunion and equality through our sports
professional boxing.

I. As the most representative organization of Professional Boxing, where the right application of the fundamental principles of ethics, morality, honesty and good faith can be found, considered activity of Professional Boxing in the Pan Asian Countries.
II. Cooperating with any Entity, Organization, or natural or juridical persons where this activity is supported to achieve common goals and create and promote Professional Boxing. |
