Since
the 122 lbs championship title had still been vacated due to Draw decision of
Sod Luknongyangtov vs. Jack Asis fight held August 11th to fill the vacancy after
Poonsawat Krachingdaeng relinquished PABA title in last April to fight WBA world
crown, we had received 4 attractive applications requesting sanction from bonafide
promoters.
Finally we had decided to grant approval to Leon Moore vs. Marangin Marbun fight
scheduling January 16 in SunTec Convention Hall in Singapore.
Leon
Moore became first Guyanese who acquired PABA Super Bantamweight title
while ex-PABA champions of the category Yoddamrong
Sithyodthong, Somsak
Sithchachawant and Poonsawat
Krachigndaeng won the WBA title in the year 2002, 2006 and 2009 respectively.

Rated Int'l Promotions, heading by Daniel Potter, John Leung and Scott Mallon,
has successfully organized the January 16th PABA championship event participating
12 contenders inclusive 5 supporting bouts' fighters from 8 countries- Guyana,
Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Australia, China and Singapore.
The event was appreciated by not only the packed crowd in the huge arena but the
Tv audiences televised delay in the nationwide.
Top Rated International is planning to organize their next event in April. |

Due
to the surgical operation champion Vitaly Demyanenko was inevitably inactive so
the PABA had approved Interim Welterweight championship match between Sherali
Mamadaliev(Russia) vs. Frederic Serre(France) to be held by Jab Promotions Company
forthcoming February 6th in Vaasa city, Finland.
After the sanction of the above we have also received another application from
the BM Global Promotions requesting approval on champion Vitaly Demyanenko defense
match against Jorge Daniel Miranda(Argentina) to be placed in Moscow, Russia on
same date- February 6th.
In accordance with the relevant Regulations, thus, winners of the above fights
shall be required to meet for champion's mandatory defense match which must be
materialized within the following 9 Month unless otherwise. |

| February
shall be another busy month for PABA since 9 championship matches and 3 non-title
bouts participating current PABA champions are being organized in 6 nations. |

| SuperChampionship

Since
the last year, as a Part of Development Plan, we have had a feasibility study
for designation of SuperChampion among current champions who have successfully
accomplished significant achievements not only to reward their honors but in order
to accelerate our activity in those regions and importantly to give more opportunities
to eligible contenders who wish to participate in the PABA championship match
wherever to be organized by bonafide promoters/productions.
Soon, we shall announce the new criterions related thereof. |
